A certificate of ownership of the company. 7. National identity card copy. 8. Similar work experience at least 01 years & Over all work experience at least 03 years. 9. An authorization letter must be submitted. 10. Must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted. 11. Tenderer must be submitted 1 Liter Sample on opening date before opening time. 12. 500 ml, 1, 2, 5 & 8 litre bottle. The bidder shall, in accordance with Article-18 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, provide for the enrichment of edible oil with Vitamin “A” in the range of 15 to 30 ppm (parts per million) i.e. not less than 0.015 to not more than 0.030 mg of Vitamin “A” per gram of edible oil as specified in Schedule-1 of the Vitamin “A Fortification of Edible Oils Act, 2013 and the symbol “Sathik Pusti Suthya Jiban” to be displayed on the bottle or carton supplied as per Schedule-2 (1) must be present.
