Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant: a) The minimum number of years of general experience in EM Works of the Tenderer shall be 05 years. b) The minimum specific experience as satisfactory completion of Supply & Installation of Electromechanical works i) Supply, Installation of Electromechanical works (a)One contract including Fire Hydrent System with a value of Tk.215.00 (Two Hundred Fifteen) Lac and (b) another contratract including Sub Station /Generator with a value of Tk. 215.00 (two hundred Fifteen ) Lac Or ii) satisfactory completion of Supply & Installation of Electromechanical works (including Fire Hydrent System & Sub station /Generator) In a single Contract with a value of at least Tk.260.00 (Two hundred Sixty ) lac within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. Years Counting From IFT. c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 800.00 (Eight hundred) Lac over the last 5(five) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk 220 ((Two Hundred Twenty ) Lac. Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as per STD Form PW3-8. e) The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date : i) valid Trade License, ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate obtained by NBR, iii) valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate, iv) Valid ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board . (v) The tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization certificate which is duly seal and signed from the Manufacturers in their own letter head pad. vi) Valid IRC Certificate. Met all other required qualifications in TDS.
