Eligibility of Consultant :	1. up-to-date Valid Trade License. 2. up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. 3. up-to-date 13-digit BIN. 4. Bank Statement showing a minimum balance of BDT 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh. Note: The Bank Statement must be issued between the Publication Date and the Tender Opening Date. 5. The Tenderer shall submit a certificate stating that the Tenderer has not been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or any other Procuring Entity. 6. The Tenderer shall submit the Ownership Certificate of the contracting firm. 7. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in Uniform Sewing/Tailoring Works. 8. The Tenderer shall have Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in successfully completing at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature for Uniform Sewing/Tailoring Works under Bangladesh Police Units within the last 05 (Five) years, with a contract value of at least BDT 90.00 (Ninety) Lakh. 9. The minimum amount of Financial Resources, in the form of Liquid Assets, Working Capital, Credit Line(s), Specific Credit Commitment(s), or any combination thereof, shall be BDT 85.00 (Eighty Five) Lakh. The certificate must be issued between the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP System and the Tender Submission Deadline and shall be submitted in the prescribed format of e-PW2A-8. 10. The Minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be BDT 85.00 (Eighty Five) Lakh. 11. Minimum Average Annual Turnover of BDT 40.00 (Forty) Lakh from Uniform Sewing/Tailoring Works under Bangladesh Police Units during the last 05 (Five) financial years, supported by Certified Payment Certificates. 12. Each bidder must submit samples of the respective garments such as shirts, pants, jackets, etc. along with the tender. Failure to submit the required samples will render the tender unacceptable.
Brief Description of assignment :	Supply of ribbons and sewing of uniforms (including summer tunic, winter tunic, jacket, Mess Kit, Blue Blazer and medals) for Jessore District Police for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	The bidder must have adequate experience in the supply and tailoring of police uniforms and related items. The bidder shall possess the necessary technical expertise, skilled manpower, equipment, and financial capacity to execute the work satisfactorily. The bidder must also have the capability to complete the tailoring work and deliver all items within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining the required quality standards.
