Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderer shall have i) Valid & updated trade license. ii) Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate iii) Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate 3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 (Two) years of general experience in the supply after making main condenser/Boiling column section/ RS column section/ Bear heater/ Extention Condenser/Exgast column section etc by Copper Metal. 4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply {after making main condenser/Boiling column section/RS column section/Bear heater/Extention Condenser/Exgast column section etc by Copper Metal} of minimum Tk.12.00 Lac under single contract within last 02 (Two) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 5. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities shall be Tk 20,00,000.00 (Twenty lac)

Details Specificatin: Hot liquid Solution of water and Molasses Adding concentrated H2SO4 (minimum) and Urea Hot Liquid Maximum Temperature - 600C Maximum working Pressure - 4Kg/cm2 Intermediate Plate Size: Height-1740mm, Width- 660mm, Thickness- 0.5-0.75mm No. of Intermediate plate = 75 Nos. Extra Intermediate Plate - 05 Nos. Material: Stainless steel Rubber Lining will be with stand temprature 600C, Pressure 4kg/cm2 and hot liquid reactions. Pressure Plate size: Height - 1905mm, Width- 790mm, Thickness- 55mm. Material: Stainless steel Fixed Plate Size: Height- 2040mm, Width- 790mm, Thickness- 60mm. Material: Stainless Steel.
