a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulations; b. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.] (III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Tk. 1,30,000/- (ONE LAKH THIRTY THOUSAND)[Issued after June/2026.] (Form PG2-7) (IV) Up-to-date valid trade license as a supplier. (V) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with e-TIN. (VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate. (VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract Deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is a supplier) [when applicable]. (VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company).
