1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of five (5) years with a value of at least of BDT 5.00 (Five Point Zero Zero) Lakhs shall be required.
3.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 3.50 (Three Point Five Zero) Lakhs over the last three financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT Tk 3.00 (Three Point Zero Zero) Lakhs.
5. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
6. Tenderers shall have registration and updated licence under section 7 of Bangladesh labour Rules 2015. (Updated License/Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment s (DIFE).
7. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh

8. Upto date Valid Trade License, TIN, VAT ,Registration certificate.
