1.After the advertisement is published in the newspaper, the application for the schedule should be downloaded from the e-GP portal. Photocopies of the following documents should be attested by an officer of 9th grade or above and submitted along with the tender. 1. Updated Trade License 2. Updated Income Tax Certificate 3. Updated VAT Registration Certificate 4. Photocopy of National Identity Card of the Head of the Organization, 5. Most recent bank statement for the last 06 (three) months 6. Two copies of passport size photographs 7. Proof of 01 year of experience in the relevant work. 2. After the tender for Cleaning and Washing Items is accepted in the 2026-2027 financial year, this office will ensure the supply of goods. Notification of Award At the rate of 10% of the total price determined Performance Security A contract must be signed with this office by depositing a performance bond Cleaning and Washing Items must be supplied as per the office's requirements and work orders.
3.The tender period for the 2026-2027 financial year will remain valid until 31 December, 2027, but the authorities may extend the tender if they deem it necessary. The period can be extended and during the extended period the contractor must deliver as per the work order and at the contract price. 4.The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason. 5.All tender activities ÒThe Public Procurement Act 2006 and ÒThe Public Procurement Regulation-2025 Will be completed accordingly. 6.All others additional documents as TDS and PCC.
