1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be minimum two (2) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (01) contract(s) of construction of marker post or any civil works successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lac Only)
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 8,50,000.00 (Eight Lac Fifty Thousand Only) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac Only) issued by the Bank not earlier than 28 days prior the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 7,50,000.00 (Seven Lac Fifty Thousand Only).
