1. Valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable).
2. Minimum of Five (05) years of general experience in consultancy services.
3. Financial capability with Liquid Assets/Working Capital or Credit Line of a minimum BDT 60 (Sixty) Lakh.
4. Audited Financial Statements for the last Three (03) years.
5. Average annual turnover of at least BDT One (1) crore over the last Three (03) financial years.
TGTDPLC intends to engage a qualified consulting firm to update the Route Survey and conduct a comprehensive Feasibility Study for the proposed gas distribution network from Joydebpur CGS to Elenga TBS, incorporating a new station at Kodda, modification of existing gas stations, and the zonal isolation concept as per the ToR.
1. Minimum experience of completing Two (02) assignments related to IEE & EIA, or Route Survey, or Feasibility Study services. Relevant supporting documents shall be submitted. 2. Submit details of up to Five (05) of the most relevant assignments completed within the last Ten (10) years for the Government of Bangladesh, the private sector, or any international development partner, together with a project brief and supporting evidence (e.g., completion certificate or work order). 3. Must demonstrate the firm’s managerial competencies required to carry out this assignment effectively. (Please provide the documents related to the present office setup and other necessary documents for proof) 4. Please submit the available human resource list as per the description of the ToR. 5. Organization Brochure summarizing the facilities and areas of expertise (Not more than 10 pages).
