Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Only Manufacturer can particepate in this tender. 2. Up to date Trade license, VAT, TIN Certificate ((2025-2026) TAX Clearance documents must be submitted). 3. Marine paint Manufacturer company should have ISO Certificate (45001, 9001, 14001) and ISO Certificate must be submitted with tender documents. 4. Must be submitted Up to date environmental clearance certificate from DOE along with tender documents. 5. Submitted sample must be tested from BUET/BSTI/BCSIR or any government recognized testing institute by owner with the cost of bidder. 6. Specification requirement in all products also submit Proposed Paint Data Specification sheets with tender. 7. MSDS to be supplied of each grade paint and thinner.
