Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: 1. Up to date trade license 2. Up to date TIN, VAT Reg. certificate 3. Updated Bank solvency certificate from any schedule bank. 4. At least 1 proven certificate or end user certificates must be submitted with the Offer confirming the supply of similar Diesel Engine Generator with related service. 5. To assess and understand the existing site conditions, the Tenderer many visit the installation site at BCIC College, Mirpur, Dhaka prior to tender submission, at their own cost and responsibility. The Tenderer shall submit a site visit declaration confirming they have inspected the location and verified all technical requirements for the installation of the Diesel Generator (DEG).Without visiting the site all responsibility will go to the tenderer. 6. 1 (One) year warranty certificate mentioned that the supplied, Installed and commissioned items wil run one year uninterruptedly. 7. other documents ( detail mentioned in TDS)
