The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 05 years (years counting backward from the dateof publication of IFT in the newspaper)
The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 years with a value of at least of BDT 55 Lac shall be required.
i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive engineer of PWD
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 55 Lac over the last three financial years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 55 Lac (As per e-PPS2 Format of Letter of Credit Commitment uploaded in Section-7)
The Tenderer must submit up-to-date License/Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories andEstablishments (DIFE)
The contract shall be executed in accordance with the Service Procurement Policy through Outsourcing Process, 2025 attached in Section-7
& as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
