The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following
additional documents:
1. Update Trade Licence 2026-2027
2. TIN including Income Tax Payment Certificate FY 2025-2026
3. 13-digit BIN Certificate, Online VAT Return submitted for last 1 (one) Month
4. Updated 2026 Chamber of Commerce Certificate and Payment Deposit Receipt
5. Tenderer must submit Last 02 years Audit report from with DVS (Document Verification System)
6. The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last Five years.
7. Letter of authorization along with sample signature and national identity card, latest passport size photo must be submitted
8. Updated 2026 License/Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
9. Each Tenderer/Service provider must submit a declaration stating that within the first 7 days of each month, the salary of staffs and labor has to be paid in their Bank Account at the rate fixed by Government. At the time of bill submission, the bank statement of individual staff must be attached in failure to provide above declaration the tenderer will be non-responsive.
10 CV of each of the proposed manpower (including photograph, NID, personal details, Bank Account Documents
11. 12 (Twelve) Month Bank Statement years counting backward from the dele of publication of IFT in the newspaper
