a)  The tenderer shall have minimum number 10 years of overall experience.

b) The tenderer should have minimum specific experience in Printing and supply of Bulletin, Promotional Brochure in English and foreign Language other than English Language, Greetings Card with Envelope etc at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 30 Lakhs in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies. Experiance certificate should be submit along with NOA.

c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Lakhs.    

d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.

e) Tenderer have to submit (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate

f)  Other required documents and conditions shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be submitted and fulfilled by the tenderer.

g)  All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and PPR-2025.
