1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.

2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC Framed structure building construction work or similar nature works within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least 50.00 Lakh ( Tk Fifty Lakh only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(b).

3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lakh. Documents in support of these requirements must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(d).

4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 45.00 Lakh ( Tk Fourty five Lakh only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(c).

The Tenderer must appoint either a single subcontractor for all of the following works or separate subcontractors for each work category:

LPG works;Application of non-toxic two-component acrylic polymer-modified cementitious coating; and Waterproofing treatment to roofs and terraces using three coats of acrylic-based, fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane.The appointed subcontractor(s) shall have successfully completed at least one work in the respective category for a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization within the last five (05) years, counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) on the e-GP portal. The combined value of the qualifying work(s) shall be at least BDT 6.00 lakh (Taka Six Lakh only).

The tenderer must be upload a copy of agreement with the sub-contractor. If the tenderer will not upload the agreement copy, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive

Subcontractor must submit i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
