• The minimum General experience in Pipeline construction/ Pipeline Maintenance works or Similar nature of works of at least 05 (Five) years.
• The minimum specific experience in Pipeline construction/ Maintenance works of at least 01 (one) Contract  successfully completed within the last Seven (07) years with a value of at least 17,00,000 (Seventeen Lakh).
• The required average annual construction turnover of best (05) years over the last Seven (07) years with a value of at least 32,50,000 (Thirty Two Lakh Fifty Thousand).
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line shall be 14,00,000 (Fourteen Lakh).
• The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 16,50,000 (Sixteen Lakh Fifty Thousand).
• The amount of the Tender Security shall be 65,000 (Sixty five Thousand).
• Total Duration 06 (Six) Months.
