1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 04 (Four) years 2. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least 01(One) contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 04 (Four) years with a value of at least of 4.00 Lac (Four Lac) shall be required.  3) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount Tk.4.00 Lac (Four Lac) over the last 03 (Three) financial years.  4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2.(Two Lac). Document (Original copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents Form e-PPS2-5 of Tender and Contract Forms. (Failing to submit in form e-PPS2-5 will make the tenderer Non-responsive). 5) Tenderer must submit Updated License/Tender Document as manpower Provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of section 3 (1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in Submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.(6) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.(7) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(8) Up-to-date Valid VAT Registration Certificate. 9) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 will be followed.10. Every Worker should have a minimum educational qualification up to class 8,   11. They Should have a minimum experience of 1 year in their respective field.
