Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) For each lift, the contractor must have at least 5 years of general experience in lift supply and installation works. b) Up to date trade license, tax clearance certificate, VAT & TIN certificate . c) Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. d) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 63.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./autonomous organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for single lift [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package]. Private/Private Organization work Experience Certificate is not Acceptable. f) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer, EED after verified by respective organization. g) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be 60.00 Lac for single lift as per STD format of this tender. for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package h) Submit valid Agencyship certificate of the proposed band of lift Manufacturing Company. i) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender j) Submit valid Manufacturer's Authorization letter of the proposed band of lift Manufacturing Company. k) If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final. N.B: Please read through the TDS & PCC and uploaded file in (Section-06)-Terms and condition, technical specification.
