• The minimum General experience in Pipeline construction/ Pipeline Maintenance works or Similar nature of works of at least 05 (Five) years.
• The minimum specific experience in Pipeline construction/ Maintenance works of at least 01 (one) Contract of Similar nature of works successfully completed within the last Seven (07) years with a value of at least 22,00,000 (Twenty Two Lakh). 
• The required average annual construction turnover of best Five (05) years over the last Seven (07) years with a value of at least 41,00,000 (Forty One Lakh).
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line shall be 18,50,000 (Eighteen Lakh Fifty Thousand).
• The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 21,00,000 (Twenty One Lakh).
• The amount of the Tender Security shall be 80,000 (Eighty Thousand).
• Total Duration 06 (Six) Months.
