A satisfactory completion of similar construction works of at least Tk 1.75 (One Point Seven Five) Crore under 01 (one) of contract over a period of Last 5 (Five) years shall be required. 2. JV (Joint Venture) are not allowed. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lakh. 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.40 (One Point Four) Crore over the last highest 3 (Three) years of 5 (Five) years. 5. Other qualifications are described in tender documents.
