Eligibility of Consultant :	Valid Trade License, TIN, VAT, Latest Income Tax Certificate/ Ackonwladgement Copy, RJSC (if applicable), BASIS membership & compliance certificates.
Brief Description of assignment :	Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced firms/consortia for the design, supply, customization, implementation, integration, training, commissioning and post-implementation support of a secure, scalable, cloud-ready/web-based ERP System for Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	A. Company Profile & Experience Bangladesh-based firm with ≥10 years’ experience in software design, development, implementation & maintenance, preferably for government/large private organizations. ERP hardware supply & installation experience ≥BDT 5 crore under one assignment. At least one completed ERP project ≥Tk. 16.5 crore within last 5 years, with completion certificate & references. Experience in ERP architecture, UI/UX, database/data management, API & system/payment integration. ISO 9001/27001 and CMMI Level 3+ preferred. JVCA: executed agreement; maximum 4 partners; Lead Partner must have the highest share and ≥40%. B. Financial Capacity Minimum cumulative turnover of Tk. 12.9 crore during last three financial years, supported by audited financial statements. Net worth must be positive, as demonstrated by the latest audited financial statements. C. Technical Capacity Capability in ERP design/customization, BPR, software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, database administration, API/system integration, mobile applications, disaster recovery/business continuity, data migration, change management, UI/UX, QA, UAT and performance testing.
