1. The Tenderer must be a Bangladeshi firm registered in the e-GP system of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. 2. The Tenderer shall submit valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Registration (BIN) Certificate. 3. The Tenderer shall have experience in the supply of similar goods. 4. The Tenderer shall submit a Bank Solvency Certificate issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh. 5. The Tenderer shall submit e-GP Registration Certificate, experience certificate for similar works and National ID of the proprietor/authorized person. 6. The Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility or blacklisted under PPA 2006 (Amended 2016) and PPR 2008 (Amended 2018). 7. Other eligibility requirements shall be as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
Edible Soybean Oil shall be supplied as per the specifications and instructions of Police Headquarters. The oil shall be fortified with Vitamin-A at a level of 15–30 ppm (0.015–0.030 mg/g) and shall conform to BSTI standards. Random samples may be tested at any accredited laboratory at the cost of the Tenderer, and acceptance of the goods shall be subject to satisfactory test results. The Soybean Oil shall be supplied in sealed plastic containers, clearly indicating brand name, net weight, production date and expiry date. The supplier shall deliver the goods to the designated ration store as per approved brand/sample, including all transportation, loading, unloading and labour costs at his own expense. The supplier shall supply the goods at the contracted rate irrespective of market price fluctuations. Failure to do so shall result in forfeiture of the Performance Security and other actions as per prevailing rules and regulations.
