1. The contractor or sub-contractor, whose contract or work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion, will not be eligible in this tender.

2. Bidding price must be reasonable and not be Excessive Low price for ensuring quality of product.

3. Bidders must supply sample of products to the GMD Barishal office as per instruction of Evaluation committee members for evaluating the quality of the products before finalizing the evaluation process.

4. Valid & Updated Trade license.

5. Valid & Updated Tax Certificate.

6. BIN Certificate.

7. Documentary evidence of liquid assets.
