| Eligibility of Consultant : |
The invitation is open to all eligible Tenderers who meet the following criteria:
1. Must possess a valid, up-to-date Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate, and Business Identification Number (BIN) certificate.
2. Must have experience in the vehicle rental or transport services.
3. Must have successfully completed at least one similar vehicle supply contract.
4. The proposed microbus must be air-conditioned (AC), in prime operating condition, and of a manufacturing model year 2017–2018 or later.
5. All mandatory vehicle documentation—including Fitness Certificate, Tax Token, and Route Permit—must remain valid and up-to-date throughout the entire contract tenure.
6. Must demonstrate a minimum liquid asset or committed line of credit amounting to BDT 3,00,000.00.
7. Must maintain a registered bank account maintained under the official name of the bidding firm.
8. The designated driver must hold a valid professional driving license, possess relevant driving experience, and demonstrate excellent behavioral conduct.
9. Must not be debarred or blacklisted by any Government department, autonomous body, or the BPPA.
10. Must submit a formal declaration certifying that the firm is neither bankrupt nor involved in active litigation that could impair contract performance.

Experience, Resources and
delivery capacity required : |
1. The tenderer must have experience in providing transport rental services in government, semi-government, public, autonomous, state-owned, or private organizations. The appropriate experience certificate and related work order must be submitted in support of this work.
2. The minimum specific experience required as a Service Provider is the successful completion of at least one (1) contract of a similar nature and complexity, involving the supply of microbuses to government, semi-government, public, autonomous, state-owned, or private organizations, with a value of at least BDT 5,00,000 (Five Lakh).
3. The offered microbus shall be equipped with air conditioning, have a minimum capacity of 12 (twelve) seats, be maintained in prime operating condition, and be manufactured in the model year 2017–2018 or subsequent years. Evidence of compliance must be established by submitting the vehicle’s Registration Certificate (Blue Book).
4. The tenderer shall ensure the immediate provision of an equivalent replacement vehicle to maintain uninterrupted service in the event that the supplied microbus becomes inoperable.
