Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience 2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift of Operation and maintenance work of Otis Brand Lift (France) valued not less than Tk.312000.00 (Three lac twelve thousand) only in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,75,000.00 (Three lac seventy five thousand) only during the last 05(Five) years. 4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 1,90,000.00 (One lac ninety thousand) Only. submitted in form PW2A-8 otherwise tenderer shall be Non-responsive. 5. Tenderer must submit 20 nos lift maintenance certificate. 6. Minimum 20 Years of Spare Parts Supplying Assurance Certificate Issued by the Manufacturer of Otis lift. 7. Upto date Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit). 8. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MACPAURSA) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer. 9. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (MACPAURSA) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender. 10. Tenderer must have Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory licence issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. 11. Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
