Eligibility of Consultant :	1. The Consulting Firm should have 05 years general experience focusing on Information Security, IS Audit, GRC and Cyber Security business. 2. The Consulting Firm Should not been debarred/black listed by any bank/government/government agency/financial institutions in Bangladesh. The firm must submit an undertaking in their letter head pad regarding the issue.
Brief Description of assignment :	Selection a Consultancy Firm to Conduct ISO/IEC 27001 Certification for Janata Bank PLC.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1. The Certification Body must be accredited for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification by an International Accreditation Forum Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (IAF MLA) signatory Accreditation Body. 2. Completed 1 (One) ISO 27001 implementations in Bangladeshi commercial banks or NBFIs.
Other details (if applicable) :	1. Registered company with registered office in Bangladesh. 2. The Certification Body must be accredited for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification by an International Accreditation Forum Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (IAF MLA) signatory Accreditation Body. 3. The Certification Body shall comply with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 27006-1 requirements. 4. The Certification Body, its auditors, and certification decision makers shall be independent of the consulting organization and shall not have provided consultancy services related to the Bank's ISMS (Documents should be Submitted). 5. Minimum 6 (six) employees for this project among which minimum 02 (two) ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA) and 02 (two) ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (LI) resources. 6. Annual Turn Over of the firm(s) during the last 03 (Three) years should be mentioned (Summary sheet of Turnover statement and year wise Audited financial reports of the firm(s) should be enclosed). 7. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate (Issued after EOI Published)
