Any individual(s) firms who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & other condition of the tender documents. The Tenderers are requested to read carefully the instructions in section-2 (TDS); section-4 (PCC) & Section-7 (General Specifications) & strictly follow the instructions.

Special Instructions:

• Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund, but the work must be continued, and proportionate progress must be achieved.
• Work certificate, which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) and executed by the public fund, will only be considered as a qualification criteria.
• The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
• The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
• Latest Govt. circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
• Before and after the execution of work videos and pictures have to be taken by the contractor on his own and submitted to the PE, which represent the actual situation of work.
• Uploaded BWDB specification & Taskforce Guidelines must be followed by the contractor.
• The tenderer has to arrange land or other establishment on his own for execution of work.
• Test fee for the required tests (As per the direction of the engineer in charge) conducted during/after the work to be paid by the contractor.
