1. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last  5 years, each with a value of at least  TK 36,00,000.00

2. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be  TK 47,00,000.00

3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Tk: 1,17,00,000.00 supply and/or production capacity per year

4. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
5. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various test shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.

a) Expaired date must be 1 (One) year from maufacturing date

b) Seal Dram or Can from the manufacturer

c)Imported/Manufacturer/Agent/Supplier/Multinational

d) After Giving the Work orders whole Goods should be supplied at a time. From the Goods Random Sample will be taken for the test Must be 80 to 90%. Test Cost should be bearded by the contractor. If the test is Failed, all Goods Should be return to the Contractor Without Claiming any charge.

e. Test included laboratory test and applied faild test in concern area.

f. Supplied goods should be registered as PHP product in Bangladesh.

g. Vendors/contractor should be provided user manual accroding to international standard/WHO/WOAH/FAO/Peer reviewed staneard scientific paper/BD national rules. User manual must be described doses, safety/precaution measures, side effict etc.

h. If resistance occurred in the pesticide after using certain period, goods should be returned/changed.
