The Consultant should have :
1. Up-to-date valid trade license, TIN and VAT registration certificate. 2. Up-to-Date Income Tax certificate. 3. Constitutional documents of the firm(s)/JVs (applicable in case of JV). 4. Company brochure/profile covering company expertise, strength and experience. 5. Up-to-date Bank Solvency certificate/liquid asset information original copy. 6. Up-to-date registration certificate of RJSC. 7. Last 03 (three) years Audited financial reports of the firm(s).
Environmental and Ecological Damage Assessment and Financial Valuation of Losses Due to the Extraction and Removal of White Stone illegally in the Bholagonj Area, Companiganj Upazilla, Sylhet.
The consulting Firm shall have the EIA service experience of minimum 5 successful projects in last 10 years (completion certificate will have to be attached). Minimum 1 Crore Yearly Turn over. 5 Work Orders from any Government Organization related Project (Private projects will not be accepted) with more than Tk. 50 lac.The qualification of the experts as per ToR. The Firm Should have a good track record in consultancy services for EIA. A key professional staff (Consultant or Expert) shall not be proposed by more than one Firm. The Consulting Firm shall make sure that the consultant/expert included in its proposal does not give his/her consent to any other Firm related to this project.
Any Firm having joint venture agreement with other national firm will be taken into consideration. In that case, the Firm should provide the copy of joint venture agreement including scope of services that the other Firm will provide. A short list of consulting Firms will be made by Evaluation Committee in accordance with PPR-2025. RFP will be issued to the short listed firms only.
