1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Three (3) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology in public sector successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Five (5) Crore only. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. Twenty-one (21) Crore over the best Three (3) financial years in the last Five (5) financial years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Eight (8) Crore.
5. Work Completion Certificate shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of similar works Experience. Work Completion Certificate must be issued by the Procuring Entity (Procuring Entity means any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Corporate Body or Agency).
6. Work Completion Certificate issued by any Non-Government Procuring Entity (Private Company/Firm) shall not be considered. i.e., Non-Government or Private Experience shall not be considered.
7. The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Tax Payment related document, VAT Registration Certificate.

(i) Earth work;
(ii) Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) works;
(iii) Fair Face Concrete works;
(iv) Fencing Work;
(v) Supply & Installation of Steel Gate;
(vi) Hot Rolled Steel Section works etc.
(vii) Painting works etc.
