(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-consulting service of at least ONE contract of vehicle supply through outsourcing in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization, with a contract value of at least BDT20.00 Lakh under a single contract, successfully completed within 01 (One) year over a period of last 03 (Three) years shall be required.
(3) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 20.00 Lakh over the last 03 (Three) years.
(4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 8.00 lakh only.
(5) The Tenderer must submit the following updated documents: valid Trade License, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Papers related to previous manpower supply experience.
(6) VAT and Income Tax will be deducted as per latest government instructions.
(7) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in the tender.

Outsourcing of Sedan Rental Services for GDA Official Use.

1. Type, origin and segment of vehicle

1. The vehicle shall be a rightâ??hand drive, fourâ??door, fully airâ??conditioned sedan car of upper midâ??size segment, suitable for use as staff car for senior officers of a Government/autonomous body in Bangladesh.
2. The vehicle shall be of Japanese origin/manufacture (Japan domestic model or equivalent), with seating capacity for five (5) persons including driver.
3. The vehicle shall belong to an upper midâ??size/upscale sedan segment positioned above basic compact/family sedan models in the manufacturer’s product range.

2. Engine and transmission

1. Fuel type: Petrol, with electronic fuel injection.
2. Engine displacement: Minimum 1,500 cc and not more than 2,000 cc. (Premio offers 1.5–2.0 L engines in this range. )
3. Maximum power output: Not less than 105 hp. (Typical Premio 1.5 L is around 109–110 hp. )
4. Number of cylinders: 4â??cylinder, DOHC, 16â??valve configuration or better.
5. Transmission: Automatic transmission (including CVT) with at least 4 forward ratios or equivalent continuously variable ratios.
6. The vehicle shall provide smooth acceleration and be capable of safe operation at highway speeds, with design maximum speed of at least 160 km/h (sports or racingâ??type tuning is not required).

3. Dimensions and body configuration

(These are set at or just below Premio values so Premio passes comfortably but compact sedans like Axio/Xâ??Corolla fail on length/wheelbase. )

1. Body type: Threeâ??box sedan (separate luggage compartment); hatchback, liftback, coupe or station wagon body types are not acceptable.
2. Overall length: Not less than 4,550 mm. (Premio ≈ 4,595–4,600 mm. )
3. Overall width: Not less than 1,695 mm. (Premio ≈ 1,695 mm. )
