(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only. (d) Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate shall be required. (e) Authorization Letter confirming the signatory (with NID) of the Tenderer from Organization.
