A satisfactory completion of any civil construction or repairing works of at least Tk. 8.0 (Eight) Lakh under 01 (one) of contract over a period of Last 5 (Five) years shall be required. 2. JV (Joint Venture) are not allowed. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9.0 (Nine) Lakh. 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.0 (Twenty) Lakh over the last highest 3 (Three) years of 5 (Five) years. 5. Other qualifications are described in tender documents.
