A satisfactory completion of similar construction works of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five ) Lakh under 01 (one) of contract over a period of Last 5 (Five) years shall be required. 2. JV (Joint Venture) are not allowed. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh. 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh over the last highest 3 (Three) years of 5 (Five) years. 5. Other qualifications are described in tender documents.
