Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	As per TOR and Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services. Proven experience in the architectural and structural design of Foreign Liquor, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), distillery, or similar industrial buildings/factories, including associated electrical, electro-mechanical, piping/pipe-lining, blending VAT, storage, laboratory, utility, waste disposal, gate, and security systems. Successful completion of at least one similar project within the last five years for a Government, Autonomous, or Private Sector organization. Successful completion of at least one consultancy contract valued at BDT 50,00,000/- (Taka Fifty Lakh) or above within the last five years in the Public or Private Sector. Experience in industrial building planning, architectural/structural design, and preparation of detailed design drawings will be considered an added advantage. Demonstrated overall experience, technical capacity, qualified key professionals, and adequate logistical resources to undertake the assignment. Submission of valid legal and statutory documents, including Trade License, RJSC registration (where applicable), Firm Profile/Brochure, TIN/Tax Clearance, VAT and BIN certificates. Submission of a Bank Solvency Certificate and audited financial statements for the last three years. The firm's average annual turnover for the last three financial years must be at least BDT 1,00,00,000/- (Taka One Crore).

Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	Proven experience in the architectural and structural design of Foreign Liquor, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), distillery, or similar industrial buildings/factories, including associated electrical, electro-mechanical, piping/pipe-lining, blending VAT, storage, laboratory, utility, waste disposal, gate, and security systems. Successful completion of at least one similar project within the last five years for a Government, Autonomous, or Private Sector organization. Successful completion of at least one consultancy contract valued at BDT 50,00,000/- (Taka Fifty Lakh) or above within the last five years in the Public or Private Sector.
