The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

1. Updated Trade License;
2. VAT Registration Certificate;
3. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate;
4. TIN Certificate;
5. Bank Solvency Certificate;
6. Tenderer’s Profile (Legal Name, Address, NID, Phone Number, email etc.);
7. Tenderer's Authorized representative Profile;
8. General Experience minimum 03 years in the supply of goods as a supplier;
9. Minimum 01 year specific experience  of similar goods Supplier;
