1. The Tenderer having a certificate of distributor/sole agent/representative of the proposed brand of lift from the manufacturer. 2. The Tenderer having a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT; 3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods and related services of at least 01 contract completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lac Only) under any government/semi-government/autonomous body/private organisation; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT; 4. In case of serial No-3 work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Body/Private Organisation, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. 5. The tenderer shall submit an updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Trade Licence, updated ABC/BC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board; 6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience), Manufacturer’s authorization, line of credit and all other certificates must be submitted in (e-PG 3) prescribed format of BPPA; 7.Tenderer must submit last 3 years Audited Balance Sheet report; 8.The tenderer must submit his own IRC certificate; 9. The tenderer must submit a site visit report and work plan; 10. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or in any combination of them shall be BDT 40,000,00.00(Forty Lac Taka Only) and credit line(s) must be submitted within the prescribed format as per Form e-PG2-7; 11.Other terms and conditions are specified in TDS.
