1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar works of Oil (Transformer/Lube oil or similar kind) Filtration/Centrifugation/Purification under power/gas/chemical sector of at least One (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 8,00,000 (Eight Lac Taka Only) .
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 8,00,000 (Eight Lac) over the last 3 (three) financial years or best 3 years in the last 5 financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 12,00,000 (Twelve Lac Only)
5. Tenderers shall have the minimum level of personnel capacity and Equipment Capacity

Equipment/ Transformer Oil Filtration Machine Capacity:
a) Minimum Oil Circulation Flow Rate: The oil filtration machine shall have a minimum oil circulation flow rate of 8,000 liters per hour (8,000 L/hr).
b) Continuous Operation: The machine shall be capable of continuous operation for 24 hours per day, if required, until the satisfactory completion of the work.
