1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in relevant electrical/telecommunication system works shall be 03 (Three) years as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor [Submission of completion certificates issued by Procuring Entities is required].

2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature (i.e., repair, maintenance or servicing of UHF/VHF communication system or equivalent telecommunication equipment) under the public sector within the last 05 (five) years, with a minimum contract value of Tk. 1,25,000 (One Lac Twenty-Five Thousand) only, where the years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the newspaper [Submission of completion certificates issued by Procuring Entities is required].

3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,80,000 (One Lac Eightly Thousand) [Submission of Bank statement (3-month transactions) or unconditional credit commitment letter from a scheduled bank is required].

4. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,25,000 (One Lac Twenty-Five Thousand) over the last 03 (three) financial years or best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) financial years [Submission of Payment certificates issued by Procuring Entities is required]

5. Other criteria as per the tender document.

The scope of work covers comprehensive maintenance, repair, servicing, and programming of DPDC’s UHF and VHF radio communication equipment, including base radio sets, handheld walkie-talkies, and associated power supply units. The services shall include replacement of defective internal components using genuine parts, preventive cleaning and servicing of all units, and tower-related antenna installation and reinstallation works.
