(a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Clause 71 of Public Procurement Rules, 2025.

(b) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last five (05) years.

(c) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (05) years.

(d) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least BDT 15 (fifteen) million or equivalent; 

(e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 20 (Twenty) million or equivalent.
