The folowing documents must be submitted along with the submitted documents. Otherwise, the tender wil be considered as canceled. 1) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate 2) VAT Registration Certificate 3) Valid Trade License of the company 4) Financial Solvency Certificate 5) National ID card with 01 copy of recent passport size photo 6) Ownership Certificate 7) Declaration/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted 8) Renewed Agricultural Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate. 9) Must have a wheat grinding mil or submit a contract with the mil owner with location/address of the mil along with al supporting documents. 10) For warehousing the monthly alotted wheat, the bidder must have a secure warehouse adjacent to the mil with a capacity of 80 MT.
11) Sample of Wheat Flour (Ata) must be submitted to Police Ration Store,Rangpur before the opening of the tender.
1) High quality white flour by grinding wheat 2) As per the instructions of the Police Headquarters, the flour must be packaged in high-quality transparent polypacks of 2 kg and 5 kg (market standard) and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date must be clearly mentioned on the package. 3) The wheat alocated each month, the transport contractor wil transport it to the mil by himself, and after grinding the wheat, the transport contractor wil be responsible for transporting the miled flour to the police ration store at his own expense and storing it in the warehouse. 4) The wheat bags supplied from the government warehouse must be deposited in the ration store along with the delivery invoice. 5) Before grinding wheat, it must be thoroughly cleaned, including hulering. 6) Sample of Wheat Flour (Ata) must be submitted to Police Ration Store,Rangpur before the opening of the tender.
