Qualification Criteria/Eligibility of Tenderer: All the Tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 Rules & Regulations. The Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded as per standard tender document (STD). (a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or management Contractor shall be 03(Three) years. I.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or management Contractor in construction Works under public sector of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.35,00,000/-. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system. (c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than tk.30,00,000/- over the last 3 financial years or best 5 years in the last 7 years. (d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderer shall be Tk.45,00,000/-. [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.] (e) The tenderer must submit e-TIN certificate in the e-GP system. (f) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Contractor. (g) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate. (h) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate. (i) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
