Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be at least Three (03) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of similar works in any reputed public organization of an amount at least 11,00,000.00 (BDT Eleven Lakh only) under a single contract successfully completed within the last three (03) years.The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. 3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 17,00,000.00 (BDT Seventeen Lakh only) on or after the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.Supporting documents where amount is mentioned to be submitted as a proof 4.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 15,00,000.00 (BDT Fifteen Lakh only) over the last 03 (Three) financial years or best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 Five) financial years.Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
