1. All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process. 2. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System. 3. Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices. 4. Tenderer shall be solvent, e.g. the Tenderer is financially capable to perform the contract for the proposed Procurement. 5. Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 6. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years. 7. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 11,50,000.00 8. Tenderer shall have the Manufacturer Authorization letter. 9. Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT, trade license. 10. National ID card etc.
