As per Tender Document
Hiring of 19 ( Nineteen) nos. AC Sedan Cars (Toyota corolla/Allion/ /Premio/ Axio/ Nissan /Mitsubishi or same type) for Authorized Officers of GTCL for 2 (Two) years under flowlling Condition: a)Model of Sedan Car (2017 or above and Capacity 1500 cc) b) Monthly mileage up to 1500 km per sedan car. c) All expenses including vehicle body rental, driver's salary and allowances, overtime, maintaince cost, toll cost,parking cost,government-determined VAT, taxes, etc.) d) Sedan Car will be use within the Dhaka City, Ashuganj,Gazipur, Sirajgonj, Elenga, Cumilla, Chattogram and ocassionaly all over Bangladesh
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer/Service Provider in contracting industries in Public sector/Private sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years
Contract for Providing Service will be treated as similar nature: Providing at least 10(Ten) Cars/Jeeps under single Contract on like basis
Criteria to fill up Activity schedule: a) The monthly rental rate quoted by the Service Provider shall be inclusive of all incidental expenses including , body rent,driver salary’s,allowances, overtime,license renewal cost, repair/maintainance cost, vehicle registration, toll cost, parking cost,fitness certificate, tax token, AIT etc. b) No change will be made in the quoted rate due to increase in fuel price or for any other reason during the contract period and Unit rates or pricesa should be remaining fixed over the entire Contract period
