Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	(a) General Experience: Reputed Contractors/Bonafide firms who have a minimum 03 (Three) years of General Experience b) Specific experience: Having experience in successfully completing similar nature of works amounting minimum 18:00 lac of Government/Autonomous/Renowned corporate bodies in Bangladesh in a single contract during the last 02-(Two) years (c) Average annual turnover during last 02(two) years in taka 20 lac. (d) The minimum liquid Assets of working capital or credit Facilities of the tenderers shall be taka 10.00 lac (latter of commitment) (e) All other qualifications, terms & conditions described in Tender Documents & Performance specification (f) Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
