Reputed and eligible contractors/firms having minimum general and specific experience in supplying daily skilled and unskilled manpower services, appropriate manpower supply license issued by DIFE, valid trade license, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, and liquid assets/credit facilities as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).

Supply and deployment of 210 nos daily manpower (150 skilled and 60 unskilled workers) including overtime on a commission basis for the operation and maintenance works of DAP Fertilizer Company Ltd (DAPFCL) for a period of 02 (two) years up to June 2028.

i) Minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in successfully providing contracting service in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations.
ii) Specific experience in successfully completing at least 1 (one) similar service contract of minimum BDT 1.0 (One) Crore value within the last 5 (five) years.
iii) Necessary liquid assets/credit facilities, and administrative capacity as detailed in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).

Workers must be deployed in accordance with BCIC-fixed base wages (Skilled: BDT 600/day, Unskilled: BDT 575/day). Bidders must quote strictly for the Commission Rate per 8-hour person-day (Items 5 & 6 of Activity Schedule). All statutory deductions (VAT, IT, etc.) will be made at source as per government rules.
