Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Tenderer must have valid up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate and TIN. 2. Tender must have work experience of 05 (Five) years.
Brief Description of assignment :	1. All the advertising boards of facilities to be installed by the lessee, including the installation of LED screens, shall be determined in collaboration with the local Port and Transport Department and the Engineering Department. 2. The lessee will be able to earn income by sponsoring /renting the advertising boards determined in coordination with the local Port and Transport Department and the Engineering Department. 3. License Term will be from 01.09.2026 to 30.06.2027. 4. Any advertisement that is in conflict with the public interest and subversive of state will lead to cancellation of the license issued at any time without assigning any reason.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1.The lessee can install a maximum of 3 LED screens, including 2 measuring 20’x12’ and 1 measuring 12’x8’ at the location designated by the authority at Dhaka River Port terminal/ adjacent areas. At least 25% of the time during which all the topics/advertisement will be broadcasted through Led screens, advertising bill boards and other media daily, BIWTA-related or water transport related topics should be broadcasted during peak hours. An independent electric meter should be installed for the electricity used in the LED screen and the electric bill should be paid by the lessee. 2. The lessee must have adequate manpower and expertise to operate the instruments.
