1. The Tenderers must have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience of Construction works.

2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of successfully completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5 lakhs. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

3.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk [4.5] lakhs over the last [5] financial years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.

4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 6 (Six) lakhs.

5. The Tender Capacity is Tk.Tk [4.5] lakhs. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)

6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW2/ PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)
