1. Tenderers having five (05) years overall business experience and minimum specific experience as Supplier as Prime Contractor in supply of Delivery of Goods of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last five (5) years. Evidence of Work Order, Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount, item list, date etc. are required.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar ICT Goods/ Product of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least of USD ($) 5,40,000.00 (USD Five Lac Forty Thousand Only). Evidence of Work Order Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount item, list, date etc. are required.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be USD ($) 5,40,000.00 (USD Five Lac Forty Thousand Only).
4. Quoted price shall include all expenses such as product price, import cost, all local taxes, insurance, transportation and other related expenses to deliver and install the product at sites as stated in TDS and PCC.
5. Bidder/Tenderer are requested to quote price including applicable VAT and AIT.
6. Bidder/Tenderer must response on technical specification as attached in drawings section.
